Delivery Zones

This delivery policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes

Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for all parcels:

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00pm (GMT/BST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day, which may add one additional day to your estimated delivery timeframe.

  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched by one of our trusted courier partners.

  • Transit time: 5 to 8 working days, Monday to Friday.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 working days.

Courier Services

We work with the following trusted couriers to deliver your orders safely across the United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, DHL.

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery: All orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free delivery, with no minimum order value.

  • Paid delivery (where applicable): For destinations outside of our free delivery zones, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
